In this the first of the Star Wars movies Princess Leia sends droids R2-D2 and C-3PO to find Obi Wan Kenobi.

During their journey they end up working for a farmer called Luke Skywalker.

Luke helps the droids to meet Obi-Wan and it is here he discovers he is really the son of a great Jedi. He is given a lightsaber to begin his training and fight for the Rebel Alliance.

This beautiful lightsaber is very heavy to hold and has the edition number stamped on the pommel.
