North America Delivery Services

To ensure that you receive your goods as fast as possible and in perfect condition, we ship to the USA and Canada using courier services, either Royal Mail and the North American Postal Service, or Parcel Force International and its partners.

You should receive your order within 3-10 working days of purchase depending on the service selected. Larger or heavy items will be sent by Courier and you will be able to track the progress of your order online. Smaller items will typically be sent with Royal Mail Airmail which we cannot track in transit.

During peak periods such as Christmas, please allow up to 21 days for Royal Mail deliveries.

We will transact your card in British Pounds Sterling at the rate offered to you by your card company at the time of the transaction.

European Delivery Services

To ensure that you receive your goods as fast as possible and in perfect condition, we ship to the EU and other European countries using courier services, by Royal Mail or Parcel Force International and its partners.
