Tracking & Receiving Deliveries |
This service is provided
through our strategic partnership with the UK's leading express courier
Parcelforce UK. Items are dispatched for the next working day (does
not include a Saturday delivery). All parcels can be tracked online.
Unless specifically instructed, a signature is required on delivery so please
make sure there is someone present at your address on the day of delivery.
If you know you will not be in at those times you can specify a place to
leave the delivery, in a porch or an outhouse, maybe a garage or shed. If
this cannot be done, we can send the delivery to your place of work or to
a trusted neighbour or family member. Please add this information into the
comments field on the 'Checkout Page'.
If however the driver cannot deliver the item for whatever reason you will
be left a card, stating the time of attempted delivery. Your goods will
return back to the local Parcelforce depot. We will make another attempt to deliver
your goods. We advise that you contact Parcelforce direct to arrange
a suitable time to re-deliver your items.
All courier deliveries are attributed a consignment number and customer
order number. On
request, we can track the progress of your order, and any details relating
to the delivery.

Quality &
Discretion of Despatch Service |
All our products are packed in doubled walled brown boxes with branded tape.
We do not mark the boxes with advertising of any kind and there is no indication
of what is inside the box, this is done with security and discretion in
mind.
On larger items we use doubled walled boxes; this gives extra protection
to the items inside. We 'drop test' all our most expensive products in this
way to see if we need to add any extra protection or infill. We use air
bags as infill, and bio degradable foam infill when required.
When you open your item you will find the product inside along with an envelope.
Inside the envelope will be a packing slip indicating what is inside, with
a customer receipt and a returns
form. We ask you to hold on to this information for future reference.
Please check your product/products immediately for any damage or to make
sure we have sent the correct items in the right quantities.
Customers are welcome to come & collect their
order directly from our despatch centre from January to December on working
days, Monday to Friday between 10.00am-4.00pm. Payment by card or in cash. Please email sales@otherlandtoys.co.uk first to book your collection time. |
