Nosferatu is the story based on the vampire Dracula as Count Orlock, the main character. He moves from his secluded castle in Transylvannia to real estate he has purchased in the city of Bremen, where he will find a constant source of victims. One of the most disturbing aspects of the film are the rats that follow Count Orlock and live in the dirt of his coffins. The rats follow him on his journey onboard the ship Demeter and on arrival bring a plague to the city of Bremen.
