If
you are looking for something a little bit different in the automotive
world that will provide timeless pleasure, then you need look
no further. No other models we have seen have come close to replicating
the beauty of these motoring greats.
All models have fully working components and are made in Great
Britain with time honored care and hand-built precision. As well
as providing hours of endless fun, they also attract a great deal
of interest from enthusiasts of all ages and collectors who appreciate
the design and build quality.
Vehicle construction
The
main body is constructed of one-eighth inch birch marine ply.
This is then steam bent and affixed to a coach built wooden frame
using waterproof glue and veneer pins. The body is then sealed
with a two pack polyester spraying filler followed by a two pack
primer. It is hand dry flatted and finished in two coats of glorious
gloss.
| Wheels
These
are of spoked metal construction with a silver center hub
cover and the wheels are finished in the same colour as
the main body.The four separate mudguards are made of rolled
steel and are available in the main body colour.
Mechanical components
All
running gear is manufactured to the highest standard and
comes complete with coil-sprung suspension, roller
bearing crank drive and axle location for easier pedaling.
All components are finished in black gloss, except the steering
stub axle which is manufactured of cast bronze and for authenticity
and aesthetic appeal is left unpainted.
Tyres
Pneumatic
tyres are provided and these are black as standard.
Dashboard
Finished
in the same colour as the interior trim. The instrument
panel is polished aluminium.
Steering
wheel
This
is finished in black gloss with silver spokes.

Lights
Fitted
with fully operational front lights controlled by a six
volt battery and switch on the dashboard. The front light
unit consists of a polished lens bezel with the pod itself
in black.
Interior Trimming
The
seat and seat back are finished in black fluted vinyl with
the roof frame itself in plain black vinyl.
