Product Description
Anyone who loves horses will love this jolly stable scene as the girls bring their horses back to the stables.
Before trying to fit the puzzle together, you can ask your child to find particular puzzle pieces: a piece with a rosette on; a piece showing a horseshoe; a piece with a vegetable on it. The finished puzzle depicts some girls returning from their morning ride.
One of the horses is having a well-deserved drink, while another is being brushed.
Two other horses in the stable are watching on, and in the fields beyond are a mother and her foal, and another rider practising her jumping. There is plenty going on, so lots to talk about as you put the 75 piece puzzle together, which helps with your child's literacy skills. You can ask your child to count how many apples they can see; how many horseshoes are there• What other animals are in the picture, besides the horses• What do the horses eat• Why is the girl on horseback wearing a hat• An activity guide on the box will help stimulate discussion and add to the play value. The 75-piece puzzle measures approximately 61.5cms x 42cms, and the puzzle is aimed at children aged between 4 and 7 yaers old.
Come and lend a hand at the stable! Everyone is busy feeding and grooming the horses after the ride.
The lively picture offers lots to talk about and the activity guide on the box base will help to stimulate discussion.Links with Early Learning Goals in Knowledge and Understanding of the World; and Communication, Language and Literacy.
